Shipping & Return Policies
We ship orders to all Gulf countries as well as other countries and regions. Your international order will ship with Standard Shipping unless you select an alternative.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
Exchanged and/or returned goods must be in their original condition with original tags attached. they may be returned within 15 days of purchase in exchange for other goods or a credit note. The credit note is valid for six months.
Return shipping is payable by the customer and must done using a prepaid traceable method to ensure safe delivery.
Items can be refunded within 10 days from date of purchase. Refunds can be denied if the tags were removed and/or if the items do not meet the return policy requirements.
All items purchased during sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return & Exchange Policies
We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on goodtothepeople.net for return. Returns are processed in the order they are received. Please allow a week to a week and a half for your return to be processed once received at our warehouse.
You can send items back to us at the address below using any trackable/insured shipping method. Duty must be pre-paid for returns.
The item(s) you are exchanging must be mailed back within 15 days (Fifteen days) or your exchange order will be cancelled. Once the carrier has your return, your exchange order will begin processing. If any items are no longer in stock due to inventory changes, we will refund your original form of payment. If the exchange was submitted after 30 days from delivery of the original item, an e-gift card will be issued.
