Exchanged and/or returned goods must be in their original condition with original tags attached. they may be returned within 15 days of purchase in exchange for other goods or a credit note. The credit note is valid for six months. Return shipping is payable by the customer and must done using a prepaid traceable method to ensure safe delivery. Items can be refunded within 10 days from date of purchase. Refunds can be denied if the tags were removed and/or if the items do not meet the return policy requirements. All items purchased during sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
